Many different mini courses and more constantly added.  Focusing on ailments (knees, hips, back), specific body parts (core, lower body), or riding issues (mounting, bouncing, transitions) Duration: each set is an individual 5 days challenge, 20-40 min each workout Level: Beginner-Advanced (some are more low key and others pump up the intensity) Equipment Needed: Various equipment-weights, loops, bands, core ball, yoga mat, etc
