"Align Your Ride"

Learn more about how your body is aligned and how it directly affects both you and your horse.  Then learn what to do to get you back to a more natural alignment, so when you sit on the horse you start to sit more naturally, no more forcing the correct seat. Full Program Length: 20-30 min/day, 3 days/week, 4 weeks Level: Beginner-Advanced Equipment Needed: Foam Roller, Massage Ball/golf ball/tennis ball, stability ball
